Overview

Waterstop Streamline is a functional, modern, one-piece water barrier that seamlessly connects the shower screen to the shower tray area in an almost invisible way. Full product details and diagrams are available from our product fact file.

This patented, technically advanced product was designed by an experienced team consisting of waterproofers, tilers and construction trades people to fulfil three main objectives:

• to address the most common issues found with common shower construction methods
• to control the entire shower construction process and enhance the performance of other construction products
• to streamline or reduce labour content for all contractors.

The product is fabricated from a single piece of patented exclusive aluminum extrusion and comes ready to fit, without the need to join components and is available in three shapes to match the 'footprint' the shower screen makes with the bathroom floor.

Gleda manufactures a range of sizes and colours in each shape that suit 99% of all enclosed shower designs and the product is easily altered on site to allow for out of square bathroom walls or rectangular shower designs. Gleda is also able to provide a custom manufacture service for non-standard sizes and shapes.

Straight Length Range (for fitment between two walls)

Suitable for installation between two walls (full height or nib return).

Waterstop Streamline is installed in place of an aerated cement brick hob, standard angle or recess into slab to provide long-term superior waterproof construction with the added benefit of modern appearance.

Custom Made

Waterstop Streamline's standard sizes can be easily trimmed on site with a hacksaw to suit the majority of shower configurations. However, there are times that a particular design is required and Gleda is able to provide a custom manufacturing service.

Simply provide a drawing or sketch (plan view) of the design you require, showing as many dimensions as possible and the colour required, and Gleda's sales staff will send a written quote for approval before manufacturing commences.

Please allow a lead time of 10 working days for custom made products. Depending on where we are in the production cycle, we can often produce them sooner, so please let us know if your requirement is urgent.

Doorline Door Sill Waterstop

To improve the appearance of the entry to the wet area, Gleda has released Waterstop Doorline, a door sill waterstop like no other.

The key features are:

• Bull nose design to create a modern, stylish appearance.
• Safe radius to step over.
• Aesthetically matches Waterstop Streamline showers.
• Serrated surface of the internal vertical leg allows waterproofing membranes to securely adhere to the extrusion, providing enhanced waterproofing.
• 20mm horizontal leg with serrated base provides an appropriate surface area to securely glue the extrusion to the substrate.
• External face of vertical leg is covered with protective tape which enables the extrusion to remain clean and undamaged during the construction process.
• Bright silver anodized or Matt Black powdercoated finish.

Sizes:

• Doorline is available in heights of 40mm and 50mm in either one metre or three metre* lengths. These standard lengths can be easily trimmed on site with a hacksaw.
