Terms:
Sales to customers who are not trade creditors require payment prior to shipping. Tax invoices including bank account details for EFT payments are provided. Gleda also accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If you would like to open a trade credit account please download the credit application, complete it and return to Gleda for processing.

All prices are subject to GST.

Freight and Delivery Information

Unless otherwise notified, standard stocked product will be dispatched on the next available courier. We ship orders at 9.30am each morning from Lowood, Queensland using a variety of couriers, freight companies and Australia Post registered and express parcel services.

Cut-off time for orders leaving that day is 10.30am. We can sometimes squeeze in orders past this time but cannot guarantee it as the couriers are on our doorstep anytime between 10.30 and 1.00pm. If you have an urgent order, talk to us. There may be options available and we will do our best to help you.

Depending on the carrier, we can often provide a Tracking Number so you can track your shipment's progress online. Ask us if you want/need this feature.

Some items (over 2200mm) are too big to be sent by standard courier services and must be sent via a freight company. This usually results in delivery times being increased by a day or two, depending on the location. These items are marked with and asterisk* referring to a footnote "*Increased freight time and/or charges may apply".

The following times are based on our experience of shipping products around the country:

South-East Queensland, including Toowoomba and Gold & Sunshine Coasts-: orders received by 10.30am will generally be delivered within two working days.

Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay and Townsville are reached in 2-4 days for products up to 2200mm in length, but most of the time will be three working days if the order is received by cut-off time. Products over 2200mm will generally be delivered in four working days.

Cairns is serviced within 3-4 days for products under 2200mm and 4-5 days for products over this.

Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra, will be 2-3 days for products under 2200mm and 3 days for those over 2200mm.

Melbourne, Albury Wodonga, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide, Launceston and Hobart can all be reached within 3-4 days for products under 2200mm and 4-5 days for those over 2200mm.

Darwin is usually reached within 5-7 working days for all product sizes.

Perth and Alice Springs are serviced within 5-7 days for all product sizes.

For customers in all other areas, lead times will vary depending on delivery location, product size and quantity ordered. Phone, fax or email us for an accurate estimate of transit times.

Some items can be sent across the country to major metropolitan centres overnight via Australia Post's Express Parcel service, although at additional cost, so if you have an urgent order, talk to us and we'll provide you with all of the options available.
